The graphs reached through the link below show the average market time, average list price and average sales price for homes over the past several years for North Kitsap County (NK), Southeast Jefferson County (SEJ) and Bainbridge Island (BI).
At the time these graphs were created, the average sales price remained at 79 percent of the average list price for active listings in NK. This same statistic had fallen to 63 percent for SEJ and fallen to 51 percent for BI.
For just those properties that sold in NK, the average selling price as a percentage of the asking price at the time it was sold fell slightly to 97.9 percent. For SEJ it fell to 94.8 percent and for BI it rose to 97.9 percent.
The average home selling prices in all three markets declined slightly last month. North Kitsap’s inventory continued at a record low, SEJ’s inventory is down by about six percent compared to last year at the same time and Bainbridge’s is about the same as last year.
