Are you considering selling your home? If so, you'll want to know the price at which your home is most likely to sell. We can provide this information through a free Comparative Market Analysis (CMA). This CMA will compare properties that are similar, using the criteria of location, style and extras. To do this, we will look at properties currently on the market, properties that have sold, and properties no longer on the market because they failed to sell. We will use this information to estimate the most likely selling price range for your home.
On-line valuation systems provide prices based on averages, and can't take into account all the variations that are inherent in homes such as quality of view, condition and level of finish. This is especially true in an area like ours where home prices can vary significantly between neighboring houses. On-line valuation systems can provide useful data, but can not substitute for an experienced real estate agent visiting the home in person, and comparing it to homes that have sold in the area.
