This page lists the major marinas in Kitsap and Jefferson Counties, as well as several areas where it may be possible to find protected moorage or waterfront homes with docks. You can use it to both locate an area of interest and to search for homes in that area.

Three marinas and some protected moorage, primarily on the south end of Liberty Bay.

Kingston
Public marina and some moderately protected anchorage area. Small town and rural area with single family homes and some condominiums.

Marina with slips available for rent by residents and several homes with private docks. Beach community with single family homes.
Miller Bay
A few homes with docks on lee side of spit.
Port Gamble Bay
The bay is protected and there are moorage opportunities, though there are also several areas that have long shallow beaches. Rural area with single family homes.
Bainbridge Island- Eagle Harbor
Five marinas and several homes with private moorage.

Fletcher Bay: Protected bay with shallow channel at entrance. A few homes with docks.
Blakely Habor: Protected bay and a few homes with docks.
Manzanita Bay: Protected bay and several homes with docks.

One Marina. Mostly rural, with single family homes.

Three marinas. An urban/suburban area with a range of housing options, including multi-family, single family, and condominiums.

Port Ludlow
There is a marina, and anchoring opportunities in the bay, as well as some homes with docks. There are a lot of options for homes ranging from condos through moderate cost homes and up to high end homes.

Mats Mats Bay
Very protected and popular anchorage. The state is beginning to put more stringent requirements on moorage systems in the bay.
Bridgehaven
Small boat marina and boat launch ramp for residents. Some homes with docks on the back of a spit. The depth on the back channel is not suitable for a sailboat - large power boats dry out at minus tides. Homes on the spit are close together with a beach community feel.
