Locate the right home. We'll interview you to learn your criteria. Then, using our knowledge of the area, we'll launch computerized searches to identify homes that fit your criteria, providing you listings by e-mail or in person. Depending on the logistics, we will preview them if we haven't seen them before, then show them to you or send you listings and an evaluation.

Negotiate a purchase. When we've found the right house we'll help put together an offer that meets your needs and is the most likely to be accepted. We'll present the offer, making a point to introduce you to them as a person rather than a name on a contract.

Guidance through a maze of paperwork.  Now the real work starts. We'll keep you informed of timelines in the agreement, and help you through the various inspections and reports that are part of a transaction. We make it our business to help you gain all the information you need to feel comfortable your dream house won't turn into a nightmare.
